Jodi is helping NWF develop materials and outreach information for their efforts to secure dedicated funding for state fish and wildlife conservation efforts. In 2017, Jodi is writing a report focused on the wildlife conservation crisis in America.
Public Lands Outreach

2013 to Present
Jodi helped NWF’s public lands campaign by calling attention to efforts to undermine our nation’s system of federal public lands. This included writing and editing campaign materials, supporting grassroots communications outreach, and coordinating press outreach.
Public Lands Renewable Energy Development Act
Communications Support
2014
Jodi helped NWF in 2014 with its efforts to enact legislation that would implement a leasing program for renewable energy development on federal public lands. Revenues from the leasing program would support state and local governments, but most importantly would create a conservation fund to offset the negative impacts of development on fish and wildlife habitat.
